RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
At Cedar Hill Armory, your satisfaction is our goal! If you are unhappy with your product, we accept returns on most new, unused items that are still in their original manufacturer’s packaging, within 10 days of purchase. If the 10 day window has passed, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.
If the original purchaser receives an item that is defective or is the incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return/exchange shipping – no questions asked. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs if they no longer want an item.
Clothing that has been worn, altered, or has had its tags removed is unfortunately not returnable or exchangeable at Cedar Hill Armory. Items worn on the face or head, including but not limited to face shielding, neck gaiters, shemaghs, electronic ear pro, earplugs, neck guards, and face masks are not eligible for return.
Every ammo sale is final. We do not accept returns on any liquids or primers due to laws and safety concerns.
For any items that have been used or have a warranty please check with the manufacturer first before contacting us.
Please contact us below to start the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This will help to ensure a prompt processing time for your return.
